热熔胶螺杆阀是一款精密的点胶阀，专业适用于热熔胶等固态胶液的输送，采用Z向旋转螺杆进行物料输送，解决了气压点胶方式由于气体的可压缩性所带来的出胶量不一致的问题；通过调节螺杆阀的点胶时间、点胶压力和点胶流速，可以在不破坏胶液性质的情况下，进行高密度、高一致性的点胶作业，出料精度可达2%，最小出料量2nl，实现无脉动定量出胶

更换不同的点胶针头，调节不同的控制参数，便可实现不同的点胶需求。
