Product principle:
A three-axis dispensing machine is a software program that uses a motion card to achieve small area dispensing through three-axis motion, including drawing lines, circles, arcs, etc. The dispensing machine uses compressed air to press the glue into the feed tube connected to the screw piston, and uses a screw valve to perform the glue dispensing operation. When the screw is in the upward stroke, the glue in the glue bottle will be filled with glue; When the screw pushes down the dispensing needle, the glue will be pressed out from the nozzle under pressure. The amount of glue dripped is determined by the distance of the screw's downward flushing, which can be manually adjusted or controlled through programming
