Product Overview:

·The total length of the line is 32 * width 1.4 * height 1.8m, and the CT of each process is designed according to 4s. It is expected to be offline UPH600~900 and online UPH300~450

·The assembly line is divided into three sections: pre installation of the middle shell, pre installation of the upper shell, and assembly of the lower shell; Test finished product packaging

·A total of OP5 people are required:

(1) Install FPC+hot melt, attach battery to FPC+fold, insert front shell FPC into PCB+fasten front shell and middle shell at 3 workstations, 1 person each

(2) Two workstations, one for ear cap installation, one for headphone charging case installation, and one for MES code pasting
