· The wire body is divided into 6 sections: back shell pre-assembly, middle shell pre-assembly, back shell in-shell pre-assembly, front shell in-shell pre-assembly, front shell in-shell test plate;

· CT of each process is designed according to 4s, and it is expected to be UPH600~900 off-line and UPH300~450 online.

· Total OP 5 people:

(1) Install FPC+ hot melt, FPC stick battery + fold, front shell FPC insert PCB+ front shell and middle shell buckle 3 stations, 1 person each;

(2) Install earcap, earphone charging box + stick MES code 2 stations, 1 person each.
