Product Overview:

· Total length of wire body 32 * width 1.4 * height 1.8m, CT design of each process according to 4s, expected to UPH600~900 off-line, UPH300~450 on line.

· The wire body is divided into three sections: middle shell pre-assembly, upper shell pre-assembly, lower shell assembly & Test finished product loading;

· OP5 people required:

(1) Install FPC+ hot melt, FPC stick battery + fold, front shell FPC insert PCB+ front shell and middle shell buckle 3 stations, 1 person each;

(2) Install earcap, earphone charging box + stick MES code 2 stations, 1 person each.
